Orders are processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.

ArteBall prints can be shipped to most countries worldwide.

Shipping Rates

Europe & USA — €19

Rest of the World (ROW) — €70

Shipping is charged per order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Europe & USA — 3–10 business days

Rest of the World (ROW) — 5–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

All shipments are tracked and insured.

Packaging

A3 prints are placed in an acid-free sleeve and shipped flat in sustainable, biodegradable packaging.

A2 prints are wrapped in acid-free paper and shipped in a protective tube using sustainable, biodegradable packaging.

All orders are fulfilled through an end-to-end carbon-neutral delivery service.

Customs and Import Duties

VAT is included in the purchase price where applicable. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that customs processing may affect delivery times.
