Due to the limited-edition nature of ArteBall prints, we do not accept returns except where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, subject to any statutory rights that may apply to you under applicable consumer law.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your print arrives damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photographs where appropriate so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Commissioned and personalised artwork
Commissioned and personalised artwork is created specifically for the individual customer and is not eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
